As the driving force behind Gede Forest School, Kirsty oversees the school's strategic direction, partnerships, and community development. With over 15 years working in conservation, she ensures the school's commitment to sustainability and its mission to grow a generation of environmental stewards stays at the heart of everything we do.

Headteacher
Leading the school's academic vision, Jo brings a wealth of teaching experience and a deep commitment to child-centred, nature-based education. Trained in the UK, Jo ensures that our teaching programme and team are well equipped to confidently deliver the British National Curriculum.
